载脂蛋白A1（Apolipoprotein A-I, APOA1） 是 高密度脂蛋白（HDL） 的主要蛋白质组分，约占HDL总蛋白的70%。APOA1在 胆固醇逆转运 过程中发挥核心作用，通过激活 卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶（LCAT），促进外周组织中的胆固醇向肝脏转运，从而发挥 抗动脉粥样硬化 的保护作用。
