磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖1（Glypican-1, GPC1） 是 硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖（HSPG） 家族的重要成员，通过 糖基磷脂酰肌醇（GPI） 锚定于细胞膜表面。GPC1在 细胞生长、分化、黏附和信号转导 等过程中发挥关键调控作用，尤其在 Wnt、Hedgehog和FGF信号通路 的调控中具有重要功能。
