TL1A（Tumor Necrosis Factor-Like Ligand 1A），又称肿瘤坏死因子样配体1A，是肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）超家族的成员之一，其基因名为TNFSF15。TL1A主要以跨膜蛋白或可溶性蛋白的形式存在，通过与相应受体结合发挥生物学作用。TL1A作为免疫调节关键分子，其异常表达与多种自身免疫性疾病的发生发展密切相关，核心机制是通过激活 DR3 受体调控T细胞分化及炎症因子释放，加剧免疫失衡。TL1A在组织纤维化进程中扮演重要角色，通过连接炎症与纤维化进程，促进成纤维细胞活化和细胞外基质（ECM）沉积。TL1A作为炎症和纤维化的关键调控因子，其检测在疾病管理中具有重要价值
