Batiraxcept (AVB-S6-500) 是一种高度有效和具有特异性的 AXL 抑制剂，是含有人 AXL 的细胞外区域和人免疫球蛋白 G1 重链 (Fc) 的重组的融合蛋白二聚体。Batiraxcept 通过与 GAS6 结合，抑制 GAS6 与 AXL 的相互作用，从而在体外大幅减少 AXL 信号的侵袭和高度转移性细胞的迁移，并抑制侵袭性人类癌症非临床模型的转移性疾病。Batiraxcept 可用于晚期或转移性肾透明细胞癌以及铂敏感复发性卵巢癌的研究。
