Rilonacept，也被称为 IL-1 Trap，是一种重组融合蛋白，由人 IL-1 受体 I 型（IL-1RI）的胞外结构域和人 IgG1 的 Fc 段组成。它在哺乳动物细胞表达系统中产生，能广泛地在多种免疫相关细胞环境中发挥作用，在单核细胞、巨噬细胞等免疫细胞表面有较高的亲和力结合位点。当机体遭遇炎症刺激时，Rilonacept 可迅速与炎症关键介质白细胞介素 - 1α（IL-1α）和白细胞介素 - 1β（IL-1β）紧密结合，阻断其与细胞表面天然受体的相互作用，从而有效抑制 IL-1 介导的炎症信号传导通路。在临床试验和基础研究中发现，Rilonacept 可以显著降低多种自身炎症性疾病动物模型的炎症指标，如在家族性寒冷自身炎症综合征模型中，它能明显减轻发热、皮疹和关节疼痛等症状；在痛风性关节炎的研究中，它也表现出对炎症发作的有效抑制，减少关节肿胀和疼痛程度，这表明它在炎症相关疾病的发病机制研究以及新型抗炎药物研发方面具有极高的研究价值。
