Baminercept Alfa在成骨细胞、破骨细胞前体细胞及免疫相关的单核细胞、巨噬细胞表面有较高亲和结合位点。在机体骨骼代谢和应对炎症时，Baminercept Alfa 能快速识别并结合核因子 κB 受体活化因子配体（RANKL）和肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体（TRAIL），阻断它们与细胞表面天然受体的相互作用，抑制过度骨吸收信号传导和炎症相关的异常细胞凋亡通路。临床前研究和实验表明，Baminercept Alfa 可显著调节多种骨骼及炎症疾病动物模型的异常生理过程。在骨质疏松症模型中，它减少破骨细胞生成和活性，增加骨密度；在类风湿关节炎骨侵蚀研究中，抑制炎症介导的骨破坏；在炎症性肠病研究中，有效控制肠道炎症，减轻组织损伤。这表明 Baminercept Alfa 在骨骼与炎症疾病发病机制研究及新型治疗药物研发中具有重要价值。
