二、产品描述
司美格鲁肽（Semaglutide）是人胰高血糖素样肽-1的一个长效类似物，是人胰高血糖素样肽-1 (GLP-1)受体的激动剂。胰高血糖素在葡萄糖代谢和体内平衡中起关键作用，通过增加糖异生和减少糖酵解来调节血糖。胰岛素的一种反调节激素，在胰岛素诱导的低血糖时升高血糖水平。在启动和维持糖尿病患者的高血糖状况中起重要作用。
GLP-1 是一种有效的葡萄糖依赖性胰岛素释放刺激剂。在胃动力和抑制血浆胰高血糖素水平方面发挥重要作用。可能参与外周组织中饱腹感的抑制和葡萄糖释放的刺激，与胰岛素的作用无关。对肠上皮有促进生长的活性。还可以通过影响 LH、TSH、CRH、催产素和加压素分泌来调节下丘脑垂体轴 （HPA）。通过刺激胰岛新生和胰腺 β 细胞增殖来增加胰岛质量。抑制 β 细胞凋亡。司美格鲁肽（Semaglutide）有潜力用于2型糖尿病的研究。
