FMC63是一种靶向CD19的单克隆抗体，其scFv序列已被广泛运用在Anti-CD19 CAR的构造中，包括已上市的两款靶向CD19的CAR-T细胞药物：Kymriah和Yescarta。在CAR-T产品的开发过程中，CAR的表达检测贯穿于整个前期研发和临床研究阶段，尤其在临床PK研究中，对血液样本中CAR-T细胞的增殖水平和存续时间等指标检测时，因样本中细胞组分相对复杂，含有较多的干扰性因素，容易出现强背景结果，且随着时间的推移，CAR-T细胞在血液中的含量可能会降低到极低水平，因此血液样本中CAR的检测面临重要挑战。
