HPV16 E7蛋白是人乳头瘤病毒16型（高危型）的核心致癌蛋白，通过靶向宿主细胞关键调控因子（如视网膜母细胞瘤蛋白Rb）诱导细胞周期异常、抑制凋亡并促进细胞恶性转化。其与E6蛋白协同作用，通过泛素-蛋白酶体途径降解p53和Rb等抑癌蛋白，导致基因组不稳定及肿瘤发生，因此在HPV相关宫颈癌、头颈癌等发病机制研究中具有核心地位。
