二、产品描述
凝血因子VII是一种依赖维生素K的因子,对止血至关重要。这种因子在血液中以酶原形式循环,并通过因子IXa、因子Xa、因子XIIa或凝血酶进行轻微蛋白水解后转化为活性形式。当因子VII被激活时,会产生一个包含催化结构域的重链和一个包含两个表皮生长因子(EGF)样结构域的轻链,这两条链通过二硫键连接在一起。在因子III和钙离子存在的情况下,活化的因子VII进一步通过将因子IX转化为因子IXa和/或将因子X转化为因子Xa来激活凝血级联反应。F7生成缺陷可导致凝血障碍。
