CD71，全称转铁蛋白受体1（Transferrin Receptor 1，TfR1），别称包括TFRC、p90、sTfR等，是一种II型跨膜糖蛋白，由两个90 kDa的亚基通过二硫键形成同源二聚体。CD71通过网格蛋白依赖的内吞作用介导铁离子摄取，维持细胞内铁稳态，对增殖细胞（如造血细胞、肿瘤细胞）和活化免疫细胞（如T细胞、B细胞前体、NK细胞）至关重要。在静息白细胞中表达较低，但在激活或增殖状态下显著上调。此外，CD71在胎盘组织、肌肉（心肌、腓肠肌）及未成熟红细胞中也高表达。功能上，CD71不仅调控铁代谢，还参与肿瘤进展，因其在多种实体瘤中高表达并与不良预后相关。其与转铁蛋白复合物的内吞过程被病原体（如都瓦病毒、疟原虫）利用以入侵细胞，结构研究表明其胞外域顶端为病原体结合的关键区域。CD71还作为抗体药物偶联物（ADC）的靶点，因肿瘤细胞表面异常高表达而成为治疗潜力。研究还发现，CD71表达与促炎因子（如IL-6、IFN-γ）及T细胞活性标志物（CD39、CD25）呈正相关，提示其在免疫调节中的作用。
