Evorpacept 是一种重组融合蛋白，由特定的血小板免疫球蛋白样受体结构域与人 IgG1 的 Fc 段融合构建，通过哺乳动物细胞表达系统生成。它在血小板和部分免疫细胞表面具有较高的亲和结合位点。当机体出现炎症反应或血栓形成相关情况时，Evorpacept 能够迅速结合血小板表面的关键激活因子以及免疫细胞表面相关配体，阻断它们之间的相互作用，抑制血小板的过度活化和异常聚集，同时调节免疫细胞的炎症反应。临床前研究和血栓相关动物实验表明，Evorpacept 能有效减少病理性血栓的形成，在深静脉血栓模型中，它降低了血栓的发生率和严重程度，对血栓性疾病的发病机制研究以及抗血栓药物研发具有重要价值。
