Ninjurin-1，也称为NINJ1，是跨膜（TM）蛋白Ninjurin家族的成员。它在CD19（+）、CD10（+）B细胞祖细胞中表达，在B系急性淋巴细胞白血病细胞中表达水平更高。Ninjurin-1也在其他一些成人和胚胎组织中表达，主要在上皮细胞中表达。轴切后，其表达在远端神经节段周围的神经元和雪旺细胞中上调。ninjurin-1表达上调已被确定为B系急性淋巴细胞白血病中微小残留病灶的标志物。它在体外介导同性粘附并促进背根神经节神经元的神经突延伸。已发现Ninjurin-1在肝细胞癌患者的肝组织中显示出高表达水平，这似乎与肝硬化和慢性病毒性肝炎病例有关。据报道，NINJURIN增加人肝癌细胞中p21的表达并诱导细胞衰老。
