Anti HMGB1 Antibody，克隆号DPH1.1，高迁移率组蛋白B1（HMGB1）也称为高迁移率组蛋白1（HMG-1）和两性蛋白，是HMGB家族的成员，由HMGB1、HMGB2和HMGB3三个成员组成。HMGB1是一种非组蛋白结构染色体蛋白，普遍存在于所有脊椎动物细胞核中，可结合双链DNA，无序列特异性。炎症和损伤的机制与TLR4结合，TLR4介导HMGB1依赖性激活巨噬细胞细胞因子释放。这使HMGB1处于无菌和感染性炎症反应的交叉点。HMGB1已被研究作为DNA疫苗佐剂和癌症治疗的靶点。
