Anti-Mouse CD357/TNFRSF18/GITR Antibody (DTA-1) (FMJ89810) 是一种高度特异性的单克隆抗体，专门针对小鼠体内的 CD357，也就是肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员 18（TNFRSF18），又称糖皮质激素诱导的肿瘤坏死因子受体（GITR）。它主要在免疫细胞，如 T 淋巴细胞、调节性 T 细胞（Treg）和抗原呈递细胞表面表达，且在这些细胞被激活时表达水平显著升高。当机体免疫应答启动时，该抗体能够迅速且精准地与 GITR 特异性结合，阻断 GITR 与其配体 GITRL 的相互作用，进而调节 T 淋巴细胞和 Treg 细胞的活性，打破免疫耐受，增强机体的抗肿瘤免疫反应。临床前研究和小鼠肿瘤模型实验表明，使用该抗体能有效抑制肿瘤生长，在小鼠黑色素瘤模型中，它促使肿瘤微环境中杀伤性 T 细胞增多，抑制了肿瘤细胞的增殖和转移，对肿瘤免疫治疗机制研究以及新型抗癌药物研发具有重要意义。
