二、产品描述
LRRC15（富含亮氨酸的重复蛋白15）也称为LIB和hLib。LRRC15在多种实体瘤中高表达。LRRC15在许多实体瘤（例如乳腺癌、头颈部、肺癌、胰腺癌）的基质成纤维细胞上表达，并直接在间充质来源的癌细胞亚群（例如肉瘤、黑色素瘤、胶质母细胞瘤）上表达。TGFβ在活化的成纤维细胞（αSMA+）和间充质干细胞上诱导LRRC15表达。这些共同研究结果表明，LRRC15是一种新型CAF和间充质标志物，可作为治疗LRRC15阳性基质纤维增生癌症或间充质来源癌症的治疗靶点。
