转化生长因子-β1（Transforming Growth Factor-beta 1, TGF-β1） 是TGF-β超家族的重要成员，是一种 多功能细胞因子，在 细胞增殖、分化、迁移、凋亡、细胞外基质重塑和免疫调节 等过程中发挥关键作用。TGF-β1以 前体蛋白（proprotein） 形式合成，经蛋白酶切割后成为具有活性的成熟二聚体。
TGF-β1是 肿瘤微环境 中的核心调控因子，在多种肿瘤中高表达，通过 促进上皮-间质转化（EMT）、诱导免疫抑制、促进血管生成 等机制驱动肿瘤进展和转移。TGF-β1也是 纤维化疾病 的关键驱动因子，在肝、肺、肾纤维化中发挥重要作用。
