Cystatin-A（CSTA），也称为 Stefin-A，是半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂家族的重要成员，属于 I型胱抑素（stefin）家族。CSTA是一种 细胞内蛋白，广泛表达于上皮细胞中，通过 可逆性抑制组织蛋白酶（cathepsins）B、H、L和S 等半胱氨酸蛋白酶的活性，在 细胞内蛋白分解代谢调控 中发挥关键作用。
