二、产品描述

跨膜蛋白TCR由两个二硫化物连接的多肽链组成:α和β链,γ和δ链。每条多肽链由一个可变区和一个恒定区组成。TRBC1t细胞受体(TCR) β链的恒定区。TRBC1呈递于T细胞表面,并通过抗原呈递细胞(APC)显示识别的肽主组织相容性(MH)(pMH)。TRBC1参与适应性免疫反应,在T细胞治疗中得到了很好的研究。
