Anti ROR1 Antibody，克隆号LCB71,ROR1（receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1）是一种I型跨膜蛋白，属于受体酪氨酸激酶样孤儿受体（ROR）家族。ROR1与核受体中的ROR家族不同，ROR是一类膜受体。它们与家族中的原肌球蛋白激酶受体家族(tropomyosin-related kinase, Trk)、骨骼肌特异性酪氧酸激酶样受体家族(muscle specific knase, MuSK)和神经营养因子酯氨酸激酶受体家族(neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor, NT-RTK)关系密切，由于ROR蛋白最初发现时配体未知，所以被定义为孤儿受体。现在已知ROR家族成员是Wnt家族信号分子Wnt5a/b和Wnt16的受体，Wnt5a为主要配体。ROR1通过与配体Wnt5a结合，介导非经典Wnt信号通路（non-canonical Wnt pathways）的信号传递。该信号参与多种细胞生理过程和多种癌症的发生和发展。
ROR1是单次跨膜受体，包含细胞外部分、跨膜部分和细胞质区域。
