Anti CD120b/TNFRSF1B/TNFR2 Antibody (HFB200301)，TNFR2（肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员1B）是一种对TNFSF2/TNF-α具有高亲和力的受体。它对同源三聚体TNFSF1/淋巴毒素-α的亲和力要低得多。TRAF1/TRAF2复合物将凋亡抑制因子BIRC2和BIRC3募集到TNFRSF1B/TNFR2。TNFR2介导TNF-α的大部分代谢作用。
