背景：Romiplostim是一种血小板生成刺激二聚体Fc肽融合蛋白（肽体），通过激活血小板生成素受体来增加血小板生成。肽体分子有两个相同的单链亚基，每个亚基由269个氨基酸残基组成。每个亚基由一个IgG1 Fc载体结构域组成，该结构域共价连接到多肽序列，该多肽序列包含两个与血小板生成素受体c-Mpl相互作用的结合结构域。每个结构域由14个氨基酸组成。罗米司亭的氨基酸序列与内源性血小板生成素的氨基酸序列不同。Romiplostim 是通过大肠杆菌中的重组DNA技术生产的。
作用机制：Romiplostim是一种血小板生成素受体激动剂，可通过c-Mpl激活细胞内转录途径以增加血小板的产生。它的作用也类似于血小板生成素（TPO），TPO是一种调节骨髓中血小板产生的内源性糖蛋白激素。
